Job summary

JS Unitrade Merchandise, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to maintain accuracy of the general ledger and support timely financial reporting in a fast-paced FMCG and distribution environment.

You will drive data integrity and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate holds a CPA with a Bachelor's in Accountancy, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP or Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• CPA is required
• 2–4 years of experience in General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or Account Reconciliations
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, audit firms, or shared services is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and provisions
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve account variances
• Support month-end and year-end financial close
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on finance-related requirements
• Assist in audit preparations and compliance documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Support finance automation and process improvement initiatives

What You’ll Do

As our Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records by managing general ledger activities and supporting timely financial reporting.

What We’re Looking For
