Role Overview

The Financial Reporting Specialist (CPA) is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reports and compliance. You will be entrusted to own key accounting processes, improve systems, and elevate financial standards while being prepared for future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
  • Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial closing processes
  • Strengthen and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all reports
Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, compliance, and internal controls
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
