Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join our team in Manila. You will develop consolidated revenue forecasts, assist in budgeting, and manage monthly pre-closing estimates while coordinating with business units to ensure accuracy of revenue numbers.

The role requires CPA preference, a finance/accounting degree, and 3+ years FP&A experience, with strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills and excellent English communication for regional leadership interactions.

• Prepare/update Forecast Templates
• Assist in regional reports and local statutory requirements
• Respond to client servicer queries
• Other tasks as required

What the day will look like

• Prepare Consolidated Monthly Revenue Forecast
• Assist in the Preparation of Consolidated Annual Revenue Budget
• Prepare Monthly Pre Closing Estimate (PCE)
• Prepare Monthly Income Reconcile (ie. eGlobal vs Qlikview vs Workday/ TM1 Report)
• Process Monthly Revenue Accruals
• Coordinate closely with the Business Units/ Team heads any update or development in the forecast accounts to ensure consistency of revenue numbers
• Coordinate closely with the CPU Team to ensure accuracy of the revenue numbers
• Prepare/ update Forecast Templates
• Ad hoc tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of regional reports and local statutory requirements
  • Respond to client servicer’s queries
  • Other tasks that may be required from time to time

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Preferably is a CPA
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or its equivalent
• With more than 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• General knowledge of accounting/ financial principles
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Superior attention to details
• Strong oral/written English communication skills required to interact with local and regional senior management and representatives
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
