This role blends administration with advice‑level exposure in a fast‑paced environment, leveraging technology to boost efficiency and client service. You will coordinate tasks across advice, implementation, and reviews, maintain audit‑ready files, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in AU Financial Planning Admin.
• Strong understanding of SOA workflows, reviews, implementation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Copilot.
• Strong communication, research, and documentation skills.
• Ability to self‑manage, take initiative, and drive outcomes.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to Financial Advisers.
• Manage client onboarding, review preparation, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate and track tasks across advice, implementation, and reviews.
• Handle post‑SOA tasks including implementation tracking and follow‑ups.
• Ensure advice documentation is complete, accurate, and ready for adviser review.
• Manage implementation of advice recommendations and liaise with providers.
• Support annual and ongoing review cycles, including data updates and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and document management systems.
• Conduct product provider research and follow-ups to support strategy preparation.
• Track outstanding implementation items through to completion.
