Job summary

RETA DRUG in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Staff to maintain accurate financial records and support accounting and finance functions.

You will be responsible for recording transactions, managing payables and receivables, updating ledgers, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual reports while coordinating with suppliers and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and recording financial transactions
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintaining and updating accounting records and ledgers
• Preparing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash balances
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Verifying invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy
• Preparing tax documents and assisting with tax compliance
• Monitoring budgets and tracking company expenses
• Assisting during internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents
• Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters
