Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Financial Controls Analyst to support risk and control reviews, ensure internal control effectiveness, and uphold regulatory requirements in our Manila operations.

You will analyze control processes, monitor key controls, investigate issues, and collaborate with finance and business teams to implement improvements that strengthen governance and reduce financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk-based reviews of financial transactions to ensure controls align with frameworks.

• Document and maintain control matrices, process flows, and control inventories.
• Investigate control breaches and identify corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize controls and reduce risk.
• Test controls (financial/operational) per the internal controls program.

Job Summary: The Financial Controls Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's risk and control review by ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with internal policies, and the integrity of financial processes. This role identifies and assesses control risks, monitors key controls, investigates control issues, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement preventive actions and process improvements. The Financial Controls Analyst helps strengthen governance, mitigate financial and operational risks, and promote a strong control environment while supporting business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform risk-based reviews of financial transactions and activities to ensure adherence to established control frameworks.
• Review compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
• Conduct trend analysis and control monitoring activities to identify unusual transactions, emerging risks, or process weaknesses.
• Partner with finance and business stakeholders to strengthen controls while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Test process changes, system enhancements, and new business initiatives to assess potential financial control impacts.
• Coordinate the documentation and maintenance of finance risk and control matrices, process flows, and control inventories.
• Support incident management activities by investigating control breaches, identifying root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on control optimization, risk reduction, and process standardization.
• Perform test of controls (financial / operational) based on the internal controls program. Update internal control program as needed or when necessary.
