Job summary

FWD Inc. is seeking an accomplished senior finance leader to head the finance and accounting departments in the Philippines. You will drive financial performance, oversee policy implementation, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in finance and accounting, a CPA, strong leadership and analytical skills, and experience with financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and strategic forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills are expected.
• Experience in managing financial reporting and audit processes is preferred.

• Lead and oversee the finance and accounting departments to ensure optimal financial performance.
