Job description

• Overseeing the overall financial management of manufacturing operations.

• Manage and Control Manufacturing Costs which includes operational costs, electricity costs, manpower costs, raw material costs and logistics costs among others.

• Establishes profitable product pricing by accurately factoring in all operational, promotional, and logistical expenditures.

• Managing general ledger, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Enforce strong financial controls and compliance.

• Build and maintain bulletproof financial processes.

• Drive fiscal discipline through strict control measures.

• Ensuring compliance with local regulations including BIR reporting and statutory accounting standards.

• Coordinating internal and external audits, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

• Providing strategic insights and financial analysis to align business plans with company goals.

• Leading finance teams and mentoring junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification and at least 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in manufacturing.

• Strong managerial and leadership skills with experience influencing executive decisions.

• Proficiency in finance and accounting software particularly in SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience in cost controls, inventory accounting, and production finance within manufacturing is highly preferred
