Job summary

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Participate in preparing annual and long-range financial plans for the company and subsidiaries.
• OPEX Budgeting & Analysis: Consolidate, coordinate and analyze submitted OPEX budgets; prepare Profit & Loss forecasts.
• Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly OPEX reports and gap analysis; analyze actual vs budget.
• OPEX Performance Review: Participate in monthly OPEX performance reviews with budget owners; summarize results and risks.
• Reporting & Compliance: Assist in reports for MMC Japan and ensure compliance with C+SQCDE standards.

JOB DETAILS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Participate in the preparation and submission of annual and long‑range financial plans for the company and its subsidiaries.

• Assist in ensuring financial plans comply with the requirements of Japanese principals.

• Support financial planning activities for Business Plans (BP) and Achievement Forecasts (AF1).

OPEX Budgeting & Analysis

• Assist in the consolidation, coordination, and analysis of submitted OPEX budgets.

• Support the preparation of Profit & Loss forecasts.

• Monitor departmental and divisional expense performance against budgets and plans.

• Assist in identifying and analyzing budget variances and gaps.

Monthly Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly OPEX reports and gap analysis.

• Prepare manufacturing cost breakdowns and departmental/divisional Expense Budget Performance Reports (EBPR).

• Analyze actual results versus budget and plan.

• Consolidate and summarize financial performance for management review.

OPEX Performance Review

• Participate in monthly OPEX performance reviews with budget owners.

• Summarize financial results and identify significant variances.

• Report relevant risks and opportunities versus plan.

• Coordinate with departments to clarify and validate financial information.

Reporting & Compliance

• Assist in preparing reports and supporting schedules required by MMC Japan.

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with Compliance + Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Environment (C+SQCDE) standards.

• Perform other finance‑related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or any related course.

• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Control.

• Background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, OPEX monitoring, financial reporting, variance analysis, or management accounting is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
