KMZD GROUP in Taguig (BGC) is hiring a Financial Planning Manager. Salary ₱70,000–₱90,000/month. Full-Time | Direct Hire; schedule Monday to Friday.

You will oversee annual and long-range financial plans, lead standard costs for vehicle models, manage cash flow forecasting and operating budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and prepare financial studies for management decisions. CPA preferred; 10+ years FP&A experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Accountancy, Finance or related field with CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in Financial Planning and Control, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual and long-range financial plans for the company and subsidiaries.
• Lead yearly standard costs for all vehicle models.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, reporting and management.
• Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgets and evaluations.
• Conduct cost/price studies and financial analysis on request.

Are you a seasoned Finance or Accounting professional with extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis?

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Manager who will play a key role in driving effective financial planning, monitoring business performance, and providing valuable financial insights to management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the company's annual and long-range financial plans, including those of its subsidiaries, in compliance with the requirements of Japanese principals.
• Lead the preparation of yearly standard costs for all vehicle models.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, reporting, and management.
• Oversee the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of operating expense (OPEX) and capital expense (CAPEX) budgets.
• Conduct cost/price studies and financial analysis regularly and upon management request.
• Prepare and present financial studies and reports to management to support effective and timely business decisions.
• Participate in special projects and other assignments as directed by top management.
• Review and analyze actual results versus budget and financial plans, including accruals, revenues, costs, and operating expenses.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• CPA is preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Control
• Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent financial reporting and management presentation skills
• Able to work effectively with senior management and handle multiple priorities
