Ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.

Qualificações

• Familiar with general accounting principles and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of product costing and inventory costing.

About the role

The Management Trainee supports the Bacolod Branch's accounting and financial functions across multiple assignments. This role performs general accounting work, prepares financial analyses, handles product and inventory costing, and monitors inventory, while scheduling payments to match cash flow needs. As part of the trainee program, the role builds hands‑on exposure to finance and operations under the guidance of the Branch Operations Manager.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Fresh graduate, or up to 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in MS Excel for accounting, costing, and financial analysis.

• Working knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.

• Basic knowledge of product costing, inventory costing, and financial analysis.

• Familiarity with accounting systems and willingness to learn ERP-based processes.

• Willing to handle assignments across multiple projects and business units as directed.

• Amenable to flexible scheduling during month-end and year-end closing periods.

• NBI Clearance and pre-employment medical clearance required prior to regularization.
