Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with government and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP and Excel skills, the ability to mentor junior staff, and a proven track record in internal/external audit processes.

Formación

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related courses.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or related finance functions.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Solid background in internal or external audit processes.
• Solid exposure to governmental compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (BIR, SEC, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling); familiarity with accounting/ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present findings to management.
• Proactive, mature, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience reviewing or mentoring junior accounting staff is an advantage.
