Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties.
• Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow projections.
• Monitor KPIs including occupancy, rental rates, and NOI.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in due diligence and investment committee presentations.
• Coordinate with teams on operational matters and investor relations.

Join JLL's Asset Management team in Manila as an Analyst/Junior Associate, where you'll support strategic management and optimization of our hotel asset management clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties
• Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow projections
• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on performance metrics
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in preparation of investor reporting packages
• Asset Performance Monitoring
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, rental rates, and NOI
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Prepare property performance dashboards and presentations
• Investment Analysis
• Support due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions
• Assist in valuation analysis and investment committee presentations
• Conduct comparable property analysis and market studies
• Support business plan development and implementation
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Participating in client meetings and discussions
• Coordinate with teams on operational matters
• Support investor relations activities
• Maintain business development activity plan; Assist with proposals
• Strong analytical and excel modelling skills exposure to STR and Hotel Stats market tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships considered)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in EnglishDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
