Job summary

Insight is seeking a Senior Financial & Revenue Analyst in a hybrid role based in Metro Manila. You will analyze financial records, forecast variances, and present insights to guide strategic decisions across revenue streams and product profitability.

You will collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance to ensure accurate close, SEC disclosures, and robust reporting while supporting leadership with meaningful analyses. This role emphasizes analytical rigor and cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of FP&A, Revenue Reporting, Financial Reporting, Analytics or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
  • Experience building financial models for business and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, reconcile, review, and analyze financial records and reports to support revenue analytics.
  • Communicate actual results, forecasts, and variances against plans and budgets.
  • Analyze customer behavior, revenue composition, and product profitability trends.
  • Prepare and present monthly variance analyses to support business performance reviews.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for revenue-related disclosures (10Q and 10K filings).
  • Coordinate with Revenue Operations and Finance teams to compile data for SEC reporting.
  • Partner with revenue and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial close and reporting.
  • Build relationships with business leaders to understand trends, opportunities, and business drivers.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports to Finance leadership.
  • Support Executive Management and department leaders through in-depth financial analysis.
  • Assist with SOX compliance activities related to financial reporting.

About The Role

    • Revenue Reporting
    • Financial Reporting
    • Analytics or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
  • Experience building financial models for business and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
