Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Dasmariñas. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess current financial situations, and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial plans, explaining policy features and benefits, conducting regular client reviews, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also involves prospecting new clients, participating in sales and training activities, staying updated on financial products and regulations, and collaborating with the broader advisory team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to help clients build comprehensive long-term strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze options and recommend suitable financial products.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Financial Advisory to guide clients in making informed decisions aligned with their goals.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust.
