Role Description This part‑time Financial Advisor role is a hybrid position based in Manila, with a mix of on‑site meetings and work‑from‑home flexibility. The Financial Advisor will support clients in assessing their financial needs and designing personalized financial plans, including insurance, savings, and investment solutions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include meeting with clients (in person and virtually), conducting financial reviews, presenting suitable products, and assisting with policy applications and servicing. The role also involves monitoring client portfolios, providing ongoing advice on retirement planning and wealth accumulation, and staying informed about market trends and company offerings. Financial Advisors are expected to build and maintain long‑term client relationships, uphold regulatory and ethical standards, and participate in training and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial planning and finance, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge of retirement planning and investments, including risk assessment and portfolio diversification.
• Experience or interest in financial advisory work, with client‑facing skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality, aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage schedules, and meet activity and performance targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications or willingness to pursue licensing is an advantage.
