Job summary

HRTx Inc in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Financial Advisor for full-time onsite work (dayshift, Monday–Friday). You will build relationships with bank personnel, assess client needs, and offer insurance and investment solutions.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, post-sale servicing, and meeting monthly targets. A bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are required; license is an advantage and training will be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with bank personnel to drive referrals and leads.

• Educate clients on savings, insurance and investment-linked products aligned to goals.
• Ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to policy issuance and servicing.
• Manage and grow your client base with after-sales engagement and follow-ups.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation complying with regulations and policies.

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in financial services, sales, banking, or insurance.
