Job summary

Rotork plc in Mexico is looking for a Financial Accountant on a 9-month fixed-term contract to ensure the accuracy of financial records. The role includes maintaining internal controls, managing accounts receivable, and supporting financial closing processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Experience with PowerBI and strong analytical skills are also preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Understanding of internal control frameworks.
• Experience with accounts receivable management and collections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal control procedures.
• Manage the collections process including client follow-ups.
• Support quarterly, month-end, and year-end closing processes.
