Job summary

Team Global Talent Hub is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support AP, AR, costing, and bookkeeping functions in a fast-paced environment. You will prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements, cash flow forecasts, and various financial reports to drive informed decisions.

Based in Taguig, the role requires on-site presence, morning shift, and collaboration with Australian stakeholders. Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel is essential to ensure accurate reporting and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related discipline.
• CPA qualification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, supplier payments, and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and analyse Profit & Loss reports, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and Australian and International Accounting Standards.
• Collaborate with Australian stakeholders and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Utilise Xero and other finance systems to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Experience in finance-related projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• BAS preparation and submission
• Project Analysis and liaison with Project Manager on project performance
• Preparation of any other reports as directed

Team Global Talent Hub (TGTH) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit & Collections, Costing, and Bookkeeping functions. The role is responsible for preparing and analysing Profit & Loss reports, Cash Flow Forecasts, and other financial reports while ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective financial controls, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant, General Accountant, Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant, Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant, Finance Officer, or in a similar accounting or finance role.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses or clients is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Proven experience preparing Profit & Loss reports, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Experience using Xero Accounting Software is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience managing multiple priorities within deadlines.
• Must be willing to work for a full-time working on-site arrangement
• Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig City
• Must be willing to work in a Morning Shift
