You will delve into workflows to identify pain points, partner with stakeholders, design and validate POCs, and hand off robust solutions to the Tech team. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep-dive into Finance and Treasury workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Partner with Finance/Treasury stakeholders to understand processes and outcomes.
• Design, build, and iterate on AI/automation POCs and prototypes.
• Validate solutions with business users and refine based on feedback.
• Prepare validated POCs for handoff to Tech with scalability considerations.
• Act as a connector between Finance/Treasury and Tech.
• Experience with AI tools, RPA, low-code/no-code, and scripting.
• Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical terms.
• Collaborative by nature, building relationships across finance, treasury, and tech.
• Builder mindset, hands-on, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities
