Lewis Personnel Management seeks a tech-savvy professional to drive AI and automation adoption within our Finance & Treasury Department. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, designing and validating AI-powered prototypes and POCs for broader deployment.

Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, and Tech, translating requirements into scalable automation workflows and ensuring successful handoffs to execution teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and Python.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Treasury, and Tech.
• Analytical and curious mindset for AI/automation.
• Experience designing POCs and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Deep-dive into Finance and Treasury workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvement.
• Partner closely with Finance/Treasury stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Design, build, and iterate on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes using AI/automation tools.
• Validate solutions with business users, refining based on feedback.
• Prepare validated POCs for handoff to the Tech team, ensuring smooth review, scalability assessment, and deployment.
• Act as a connector between Finance/Treasury and Tech, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
