Job summary

SMC Multi-Services Inc. is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee the finance staff and daily accounting operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, ensuring timely completion of financial activities and reporting while developing the capabilities of the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Finance/Accounting with 1–2 years in supervision preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• CPA passer or CPA license holder preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Oversee finance staff and manage daily finance and accounting operations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely closing.
• Support budget planning, monitoring, and variance analysis.
