Dover Business Services is building a robust Finance function in the Philippines to support FP&A, controllership, and global reporting for its OpCos. This role focuses on monthly close, variance analysis, and process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and at least three years in FP&A or shared services, with strong Excel and ERP experience. Source data reliability and timely reporting are key requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, controllership, or shared services.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and close processes.
• ERP and reporting tools experience (Oracle/OneStream/Hyperion/Essbase).
• Strong Excel skills with advanced functions and pivot tables.

Mansioni

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting.
• Prepare P&L, headcount, and management reporting deliverables.
• Assist in close activities and balance sheet analysis.
• Develop FP&A templates, trackers, and standard reports.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and leadership request support.
• Lead month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of financials.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting.
• Ensure tax filings and regulatory compliance as applicable.
• Coordinate with OpCos and DBS teams across regions.
