Dover Business Services Philippines Corporation is seeking a Finance professional to join our DBS Finance team in Cebu City. The role covers FP&A reporting, controllership support, and team leadership across monthly closes and budgeting processes.

You will deliver accurate financial analyses, drive process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional reporting for our OpCos. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in FP&A/controllership, strong Excel and ERP skills (Oracle/OneStream/Hyperion), and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of Finance experience, preferably FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, Reporting, or Shared Services.
• Prior forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, or close support experience preferred.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reviews, controllership schedules, or close-related deliverables is an advantage.
• At least one year of shared services experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory, team lead, or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with ERP, reporting, planning, consolidation, or workflow tools (Oracle/OneStream/Hyperion/Essbase/Power BI/SharePoint).
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate P&L, headcount, and management reporting deliverables.
• Support AOP and rolling estimate processes and related adjustments.
• Perform variance analysis with explanations of key movements.
• Support expense builds for multiple entities and consolidated views.
• Review key financial movements in cost, headcount, and allocation drivers.
• Develop, improve, and standardize FP&A reports, templates, and trackers.
• Lead month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support audits, process improvement, and documentation of controllership activities.
