Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is a global finance services provider supporting OpCos from locations including the Philippines. DBS handles FP&A, controllership, and shared services to optimize costs and improve control.

This role focuses on FP&A reporting, close activities, and control documentation, with leadership responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration across DBS finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate P&L, headcount, and management reporting deliverables.
• Support AOP and rolling estimate processes and related schedules.
• Prepare actual vs. budget, forecast, and variance analysis with explanations.
• Support expense builds for entities, function, site, and consolidated views.
• Review key movements in cost, headcount, allocations, and metrics.
• Develop and standardize FP&A reports, templates, trackers, and analysis files.
• Perform quality checks on FP&A files for accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, and related schedules.
• Assist in balance sheet, expense and close-related variance analysis.
• Support audits and control documentation as needed.
• Lead process improvement and standardization of controllership activities.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and timeliness against DBS standards.
• Track deliverables and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain process documentation, checklists, and control points.
• Recommend improvements to reporting, processes, and controls.
• Lead month-end closing and review financial statements for accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and support funding and payments.
• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance.
