Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) Cebu seeks an experienced finance professional to support FP&A and Controllership activities for multiple OpCos. You will prepare and review P&L, headcount, and management reports, assist in AOP and rolling forecasts, and provide variance analysis with clear explanations.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in finance, strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of relevant Finance experience, preferably FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, Reporting, or Shared Services.
• Prior forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, or close support experience preferred.
• At least one year of shared services experience preferred.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reviews, controllership schedules, or close-related deliverables is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Lean, process improvement, automation, or continuous improvement exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reporting requirements.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate P&L, headcount, and management reporting deliverables.
• Support AOP and rolling estimate processes, including related adjustments and supporting schedules.
• Prepare actual versus budget, forecast, and prior-period variance analysis, including clear explanations of key movements.
• Support month-end closing activities, including review of journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Review balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor cash flow projections and support funding and payment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulatory requirements.
