Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Finance Systems, to translate finance needs into future-state designs and manage change within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with emphasis on Record-to-Report (R2R). You will drive requirements gathering, design, testing, and release planning across finance processes.

You will lead SIT/UAT, coordinate with Finance partners, and deliver data migrations, process improvements, and ERP upgrades.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud, including module interactions and integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Collaborate with Finance partners to standardise requirements and perform fit-gap analyses.
Translate requirements into functional designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business sign-off.
Work with technical teams, partners, and Finance to deliver integrations and data migrations.
Evaluate new Oracle capabilities and run PoCs to validate finance requirements.
