Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferably in Accounting, Management Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience.
• Good leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Access.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance analysts, providing guidance, mentorship and support.
• Assign work, monitor progress to ensure timely preparations and submission of reports.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement within the department.
• Escalate issues to top management with recommendations or solutions.
• Process transactions in Sales, premium collections, document issuance and generate reports.
• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data, invoices and receipts.
• Review and prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Prepare special reports, assist with financial analysis and budgeting.
• Support daily and month-end close by ensuring timely posting of transactions.
• Assist with data for audits and process improvements.
