YGC Corporate Services, Inc. is seeking a Finance Associate - Operations in Makati to support daily financial operations, ensure accuracy of sales and collections, and assist with month-end closing.

You will process transactions, manage data, and prepare reports for management, focusing on accuracy, timely postings, and adherence to internal controls. This role requires analytical skills and strong Excel abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation) required.

Aufgaben

• Process transactions in Operations – sales, premium collections, document issuance and reports.
• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data, invoices, and receipts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial & operating reports ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with financial forecasting, trend analysis and cost-benefit studies.
• Support daily and month-end close by ensuring timely posting of transactions.
• Help prepare data for simple operational audits and process improvements.
