Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial books.
• Review and analyze financial data for management reporting.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure account accuracy.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expense reporting, and tax filings.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
• Implement and improve accounting processes and systems.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training.
• Promote a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
