Job summary

Great English Corporation is seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards and BIR requirements in Cebu City. The ideal candidate will lead a small finance team, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, accurate financial statements.

A bachelor's degree in Accountancy with 3–5 years of supervisory accounting experience, plus strong Excel and common accounting software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required.
• 3–5 years relevant accounting experience, supervisory preferred.
• Experience with BIR tax compliance and audits.
• Experience with financial statement preparation.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to manage large data volumes and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, delegation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
