Job summary

Topwave Express Service Inc. on-site in Rizal is seeking a Finance Manager with 5–10 years in finance and at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

You will oversee reporting and compliance, prepare monthly and quarterly statements, manage statutory and tax filings, and support senior leadership with financial modeling. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration is required; experience in logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accountancy, economics, or business administration.
• 5–10 years experience in finance with 3 years in supervisory role.
• Experience in logistics company is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly/quarterly financial statements, manage statutory and tax filings.
• Support senior leadership with financial modeling and cost-reduction reviews.
• Oversees procurement/purchasing and payroll processing and reporting.
• Supervise, train, and mentor finance staff.

Oversees an organization's financial health, guides strategic planning, ensures regulatory compliance, and directs daily accounting or analytical operations to drive growth and profitability

Reporting & Compliance: Produce monthly/quarterly financial statements, manage statutory and tax filings

Strategic Advisory: Support senior leadership (CEO, or board) with financial modeling and cost-reduction reviews.

Knowledgeable in BIR compliance
