Luxx seeks a hands-on Finance Manager / Financial Controller to lead finance and accounting, improve financial visibility, strengthen controls, and ensure accountability of cash and inventory. Build reliable reporting, improve processes, and support ERP upgrades.

The role requires 5-8 years in finance with supervision experience, CPA preferred, and onsite work in Antipolo, Rizal. Strong Excel and inventory expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5-8 years of accounting and finance experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in financial reporting, cash management, reconciliation, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
• Retail/jewelry/inventory-heavy experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management reports.
• Maintain visibility of cash, collections, payments, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Ensure timely bank and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Strengthen controls over payments, cash handling, approvals, and financial transactions.
• Reconcile physical jewelry inventory vs POS/system vs accounting records.
• Investigate inventory shortages, cash discrepancies, adjustments, and unexplained losses.
• Establish segregation of duties, approval matrix, and finance SOPs.
• Clean up historical accounting records and unresolved balances.
• Lead budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax and statutory requirements.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
• Support ERP system implementation and improvement.

Job Description

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, cash management, reconciliation, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
• Retail, jewelry, luxury goods, consumer products, or other inventory-heavy business experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in financial cleanup, inventory reconciliation, or ERP implementation is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and accounting-system skills.
• Must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, hands-on, and willing to work onsite in Antipolo.
