Overview

Position: On‑site in Rizal. Requires 1–3 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records
• Review and approve journal entries and accounting transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Supervise, train, and evaluate accounting staff performance
• Enforce internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Coordinate and assist in internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closing processes
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• Experience in general accounting or a supervisory role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Skilled in preparing financial statements and account reconciliation
