Job summary

SGV & Co. is seeking a CSLA Compliance and Operations Supervisor to ensure efficient, compliant operations within the association.

You will oversee key processes, support risk initiatives, and lead staff while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain governance and service standards. You will supervise daily activities, ensure BSP, SEC, and AMLA compliance, and manage regulatory reporting with a focus on accuracy and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of work experience in banking, lending, cooperatives, thrift institutions, or financial services.
• Experience with BSP, SEC, AMLA regulations, KYC, and compliance requirements is desirable.

The opportunity

As a CSLA Compliance and Operations Supervisor, you help ensure the association operates efficiently, responsibly, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will provide oversight to key operational processes, support risk management initiatives, lead and develop staff, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong governance and service standards.

Skills and attributes for success

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years of work experience, preferably in banking, lending, cooperatives, thrift institutions, or financial services

Ideally, you’ll also:

• Possess knowledge of BSP, SEC, AMLA regulations, KYC, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrate strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
