Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies in Calamba, Philippines is seeking a Finance Specialist (Product Costing) responsible for financial analysis, variance analysis, budgeting, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and ideally be a CPA. They will work on financial insights in cross-functional projects.

The role requires at least 6 months of experience in Product Costing within Manufacturing and Logistics, along with a strong background in Profit & Loss Management.

Qualifications

Job description

Finance Specialist (Product Costing) is responsible for financial, balance sheet, account review, and variance analysis, standard costing and transfer pricing, budgeting and forecasting, financial advisory, and compliance with company policies and government regulation.

Review significant variances on major profit & loss and balance sheet accounts.

Participate in cross‑functional projects within Supply Chain and provide insight on financial impact.

Gather, validate, and process data using financial analysis tools.

Gather, organize, and maintain historical data related to budget preparation and identify one‑time and recurring transactions.

Gather and maintain current and historical financial data needed in the preparation of financial reports.

Qualifications
