Role Description

The Finance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Amor Laut Resort in Mabini. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and preparing regular financial reports. The Finance Specialist reviews and analyzes financial statements, supports budgeting and forecasting, and monitors cash flow and expenses to ensure alignment with resort objectives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with operations and management to provide financial insights, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations, and supporting audits and financial controls. The role also involves communicating financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and contributing to process improvements that enhance financial efficiency.
