Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for management review and decision-making
• Develop, monitor and manage departmental budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic business planning and investment decisions
• Manage cash flow, working capital and financial resources to optimise liquidity and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal financial policies
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional development
• Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals to facilitate audits and tax filings
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial systems to safeguard company assets
• Support cost reduction initiatives and process improvements within the finance function
