A financial services company seeks an experienced financial professional in Laguna, Philippines. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting, and ensuring accurate regulatory data. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and ideally 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting. Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, controlling, or accounting.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables, modeling, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• CPA is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (cost center tracking, budget vs. actual, variance analysis).
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost monitoring activities.
• Ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting data (PEZA, BOI, BIR, etc.).
• Maintain cost-per-FTE, service costing, and financial documentation.
• Perform financial reconciliations and validate payroll/allocation entries.
• Support internal controls, SOP documentation, and audit readiness.

Skills

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, variance analysis)

Experience in finance, controlling, or accounting

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
