SM Supermalls is looking for a Solutions Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise and digital applications, acting as the bridge between business, product, and technology teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions integrated with the SAP ecosystem.

The role emphasizes security, governance and optimizing cost, with responsibility for SLAs, vendor relationships, IT audits, and leadership of cross-functional teams. Based in MOA Square, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT or software development with at least 2 years in managerial roles.
• Experience managing enterprise applications or large-scale digital solutions.
• Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end IT solutions for business problems.
• Manage the Projects Portfolio and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define SLAs/OLAs with infrastructure, network, and database teams; provide escalation support.
• Govern and secure applications through audits and compliance activities.
