Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience with SAP and financial management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise billing activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and improve collection processes through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, recording, and reporting
• Review and validate APVs, LOAs, and other financial transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely submission of required financial documents
• Develop, implement, and enhance financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business decisions
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members to achieve departmental goals
• Perform other related duties that support business and organizational objectives
