Job summary

ECLARO seeks a Global Finance Solutions Analyst III to support and administer our finance systems in a fast-paced environment. You will manage server administration, data governance, change control, and back-office analytics to ensure alignment with company policies and SOX controls.

You will evaluate and implement improvements across CPM platforms (OneStream, Anaplan, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Cognos, Tagetik) and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and deliver reliable financial

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant system administration experience.
• Familiarity with EPM/CPM platforms such as OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos, or Tagetik.
• Experience in large companies with complex financial systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks, monitor resources and ensure integration of architecture components.
• Provide help desk support and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause and resolve.
• Monitor data-center health using existing management tools.
• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements and perform audits of systems.
• Map new data into the system ensuring governance and compliance with policies.
• Maintain change management protocols and system access control methodologies.
• Manage finance system project backlog and communicate schedules to stakeholders.
• Ensure SOX compliance and security access controls.
• Attend training on OneStream features and write/exeute test plans.
• Identify opportunities to automate finance processes and workflows.
• Maintain current system documentation and knowledge artifacts.
• Resolve system issues within agreed timelines.
