Job summary

ECLARO Philippines seeks a Finance Analyst to support quarterly close, planning cycles, and expense management. The Senior Financial Analyst will ensure accuracy, manage large data sets in Excel, and provide timely financial reporting across schedules and journals.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, and comfortable working with Workday, TM1 and Anaplan in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adjust to changing responsibilities with a positive attitude.
• Experience with Workday, TM1 and Anaplan is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post recurring journal entries and expense reallocations.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Research and resolve expense-related issues with stakeholders.
• Roll-forward Excel-based files for planning/forecast cycles.
• Run Workday reports and support close and reporting.
• Support expense reporting inquiries, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Assist with expense input into projection tools and validations.
• Assist corporate finance ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
• Help document processes and support internal controls and audits.
