You will analyze data, prepare key statements, and support management with financial insights while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to internal controls. This is a full-time on-site position in Negros Occidental, Hinoba-an.

Qualifications

• Experience posting entries for assets, liabilities and capital accounts.
• Knowledge of GST or local taxes and regulatory filings.
• Ability to document invoices, credit management, and collections procedures.
• Familiar with internal controls, backups, and data security practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from financial data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital entries by analyzing account data.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure regular database backups and adherence to internal controls for financial data protection.
• Manage and document monthly tax filings (e.g., GST) in line with regulations.
• Verify payment documentation and obtain proper approvals before processing disbursements.
• Research and interpret accounting policies to address procedure inquiries.
• Stay updated with financial regulations and advise management on compliance actions.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize financial data to prepare special reports.
• Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and maintain confidentiality of data.
• Collaborate with the team to meet company objectives and drive results.
