Job summary

UPTC is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support finance and sales applications, focusing on sales data, reporting, and process improvements. You will work independently, own issues from start to finish, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Data teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth business operations.

The role involves managing monthly sales reporting, maintaining master data, and driving data quality and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis
• BI tools experience including reporting dashboards and KPIs (Power BI/Tableau/SAP BI)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good understanding of finance and sales processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work from start to finish

Responsibilities

• Support finance and sales users with reporting and application-related issues
• Manage monthly sales reporting processes and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain and improve master data (customers, products, pricing)
• Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions
• Work with IT and data teams on system enhancements and improvements
• Support reporting and ensure consistency of data across systems
• Gather requirements and document business processes
• Coordinate and lead UAT testing for system changes
