Infor is seeking a Product Support Analyst (Finance) to join our Global Support team in Manila. You will be a trusted advisor and technical expert for Infor’s enterprise software, providing high-quality support across finance-related modules.

You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document knowledge, and help customers maximize value from Infor solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in application or technical support, preferably in a SaaS/ERP environment.
• Strong problem solving, able to dissect technical problems and translate findings to non-technical users.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with enterprise software in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Thrives in a global team environment with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical support for Infor applications via phone, email, and web-based tools.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and guide customers to solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Cloud Operations to resolve escalations.
• Document knowledge as incident notes, articles, and procedures.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open issues while providing updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in customer calls and screen-sharing for complex issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support organization.
