MedGrocer is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead technical accounting, multi-entity consolidations, and external audit governance to ensure all financial reports comply with PFRS. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end, quarterly, and annual closing cycles, leading multi-entity consolidations across operating units.
• Draft PFRS-compliant financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and executive reports.
• Lead external audits by coordinating schedules, writing accounting position papers, and managing sign-offs.
• Maintain technical accounting rigor with complex entries, revenue recognition, depreciation, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Establish accounting policies and supervise GL accountants to ensure investor-ready records.

The Financial Reporting Manager leads technical accounting, multi-entity balance sheet consolidations, and external audit governance to ensure all financial reports comply with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS). You will oversee closing cycles, prepare financial statements, and guide general ledger accountants to maintain clean, audit-ready financial records across all operating entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish technical accounting policies and supervise general ledger accountants to maintain investor-ready financial records and clean general ledger management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in technical accounting, financial statement preparation, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Background in Big 4 external audit or corporate financial reporting in high-growth enterprises.
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
