The ideal candidate has a CPA, a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 2–3 years of supervisory finance experience, and strong tax compliance and reporting skills. Onsite work is required in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 2-3 years of experience in a finance-related role with supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in tax compliance, financial reporting, and team management.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Finance team activities to ensure accurate execution of accounts payable and receivable.
• Analyze monthly financial statements of business units to provide insights into departmental performance.
• Guarantee compliance with BIR rulings by overseeing the preparation and timely filing of all tax requirements.
• Lead the implementation of standard operating procedures to improve financial controls and team efficiency.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements to ensure all records are compliant and audit-ready.
