Tenarai LATAM is seeking a Functional Expert with a strong foundation in finance reporting and analytics to bridge functional finance knowledge with analytical tools.

You will run SAP S/4HANA finance reports, build Power BI analyses with semantic models, and ensure data quality and reconciliation across systems.

Functional Expert – Finance Reporting & Analytics

We are seeking a Functional Expert with a strong foundation in finance reporting and analytics . The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with business acumen to ensure accurate, reliable, and insightful financial reporting.

Key Requirements:

• SAP S/4HANA : Basic working knowledge with the ability to run finance reports, execute relevant T-codes, and analyze/troubleshoot finance data quality issues.
• Power BI : Hands-on experience in reporting and analysis, with familiarity in building and working with semantic models.
• Finance Data Quality & Reconciliation : Solid understanding of reconciliation processes, with proven skills in performing data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Leadership & Collaboration : Strong leadership skills, independent in approach, and capable of engaging both IT and business stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
• Functional Design Expertise : Ability to understand and interpret the functional design of finance data models.
• User Communication & Documentation: Ability to clearly document and communicate data quality issues to end-users and stakeholders, explicitly highlighting the business impact and driving alignment for resolution.
