Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced SAP FICO Manager to lead digital finance transformation programs.

You will design and implement SAP FI/FICO solutions, own end-to-end delivery, and mentor a team of consultants to deliver scalable finance processes for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has 7–11 years in SAP Finance, S/4HANA expertise, strong forecasting and modeling, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in SAP Finance, with hands-on SAP FI/FICO expertise.
• Experience with SAP Accounts Payable and SAP Central Finance.
• Proven experience leading teams or mentoring junior consultants.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.

We're looking for an experienced SAP FICO professional ready to step into a leadership role — someone who has built deep hands‑on expertise in SAP finance solutions and is now ready to lead teams, own client relationships, and drive large-scale finance transformation programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP finance solutions (FI, FICO, Central Finance, Accounts Payable) that streamline financial processes and improve reporting for enterprise clients
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery — planning, budgeting, execution, and successful go‑live
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP finance consultants, developing their technical and consulting skills
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients — translating business requirements into scalable SAP finance solutions
• Identify opportunities for financial process improvement and digital transformation within client organizations
• Navigate and resolve complex stakeholder conversations with confidence and professionalism

What You Bring

• 7–11 years of experience in SAP Finance, with hands‑on expertise in SAP FI and SAP FICO
• Experience with SAP Accounts Payable and SAP Central Finance
• Proven experience leading teams or mentoring junior consultants
• Strong financial forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• SAP certification(s) in finance, accounting, or financial controls (S/4HANA a strong plus)
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
